Who?
Experience the joy of sailing with the Supernova Crew, where every journey is filled with fun, adventure, relaxation, great food and the beauty of nature.
We are Yvette and Darcy! Yvette is a hard working Aussie and Darcy is an adventurous Canadian. Together we've sailed over 15,000 nautical miles.
Yvette is a qualified family medicine doctor from Australia who has followed her dreams of living and working on the water. She will help guests stay healthy and happy.
Darcy is a safety specialist, having worked with major capital projects all over Canada. He's also a certified journeyman welder and can fix just about anything. He has also worked as a bartender in his early days in Toronto, so he can mix many delicious cocktails. If that isn't enough, he is also a PADI scuba/free-diving instructor.
Darcy is a professional captain and together with Yvette, will keep guests safe and having fun. All crew are fully qualified to work commercially aboard yachts, with STCW safety certification.

Together we have been cruising to Alaska, Canada, California, Mexico, Panama, Colombia, ABC Islands, Los Roques Islands, Grenada, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Martinique and the Mediteranean (Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece). We then sailed across the Atlantic via the Canary Islands and Cabo Verde to return to the beautiful Caribbean.
What
What do you want to do on your charter?
Sailing, scuba diving, free diving, kite boarding, hiking, fishing, relaxing in our hot tub, bar hopping.
It's up to you!
On board, you will have a professional sailing captain, scuba diving instructor, free diving instructor and first-mate/chef to look after all your needs.
We have SUPs, snorkeling/scuba gear, water toys including a tube to pull behind the 50hp tender and a floating dock. We also have a two person hot tub on the fly-bridge.
We know how to find the best spots, even in the busiest places, and most of all we know how to make sure you have a great time.
Where
Join us in the beautiful Caribbean islands for unforgettable sailing adventure on our luxurious catamaran.
Our base is the BVIs, however, if you have another destination in mind within the Caribbean, please do get in touch! We might just be able to make it happen!
Itinerary and route is flexible and dependent on weather. We can work with you to make the perfect itinerary based on your interests whether that be beach hopping, visiting local towns, scuba diving, isolated anchorages or something else.

Which boat?
We are owner-operated, live on board full-time and take great care of our boat with ongoing regular maintenance. We own a Sunreef 62 sailing catamaran. Built in Poland in 2006, this boat has a beautiful wooden classic interior. Spacious outdoor areas as well as a fly bridge which means there's always plenty of room for everyone to relax. There are 4 cabins each with their own ensuite bathroom. The boat is 'cutter-rigged' with a head sail, stay sail and main sail, as well as an asymmetrical spinnaker for those light wind days.

How much?
We are matching the current market rate for charters in the region.
Our prices are all inclusive of food and drink!
Pricing will vary slightly based on things like:
- occupancy (1-8 people)
- full or half-board (eating out at restaurants or on-board)
- extras such as daily scuba diving inclusion
We are completely up front with pricing so that there are no surprises/hidden fees.
