Are menus customizable?
Yes, menus are tailored to your preferences, tastes and dietary needs. We will get to know all your preferences ahead of time.
What ingredients are used?
We use fresh, local Caribbean produce and tropical flavours daily as well as some globally imported ingredients to ensure variety.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Absolutely, we carefully adjust dishes to avoid allergens and ensure your safety. The chef has a medical background and is well versed in allergies and intolerances.
Aside from the main dish at breakfast, there is also always a fresh fruit platter and either fresh bread, pastries or muffins. At guests requests we can also always have lighter options like daily yoghurt, granola/muesli, toast/jam etc.
