Is there an early bird discount?

Book before October 2025 for a $5,000 discount on 7 day charter packages.

What about gratuity for crew?

Gratuity for the crew is 15-20% and is paid directly at the end of the charter.

Can we request extras such as scuba diving or an engagement proposal or something else I am dreaming of?

Yes, some extras are free and others are available at a very reasonable price with equipment and video footage provided on request. For extras, please contact us and we can provide further information and details specific to you.

Are there holiday surcharges?

Yes, there is an additional $5,000 charge for Christmas and New Year's charters.

Can I book the entire boat?

Yes, we offer full boat bookings tailored to your preferences and requirements.

Can I book just a cabin?

Absolutely! We also provide cabin bookings, allowing you to enjoy our luxury service without needing to book the entire boat. The other cabins will be left free for others to book so you will likely have other guests on board during your stay.

Are meals included in the charter?

Yes, we offer delicious meals included in your package, prepared from locally sourced ingredients. You can choose 'half-board' for your charter if you prefer which means $200 off per person and one meal per day ashore at your own expense.

What about drinks?

All charters come with a selection of drinks included. You can also customize your drink preferences before setting sail.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?

Anywhere from 1-8 people can be accommodated as guests aboard Supernova.

What should I bring on the charter?

Pack light! Swimwear, a hat, sunnies and personal items are recommended. We provide everything else you need for a great experience.

Can I customize my itinerary?

Yes! We work with you to create a personalized itinerary that fits your desires.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Your safety is our priority. We monitor weather conditions, and if necessary, we alter route based on wind and weather. We don't operate during hurricane season in the Caribbean.
